At Jennie Mortimer medical aesthetics our priority is to achieve the finest possible results whilst at the same time having your health and wellbeing foremost in mind. All of the injectable treatments and chemical peels we use are sourced directly from pharmacies either based at or are approved by the manufacturer.

We only use wrinkle reducing treatments, dermal fillers and chemical peels that are fully licensed and FDA* approved. Our wrinkle reducing injections are administered** using BOTOX® brand of botulinum toxin type A.

For dermal & lip fillers we use the JUVERDERM® range of products. Widely regarded as the gold standard of fillers. It is the No.1 doctor recommended brand of facial filler in the UK.

Chemical peels are applied using the award winning NEOSTRATA® range. These are medical grade peels. Not available over the counter and may only be applied by a qualified medical professional. Again, classed as gold standard products.

After receiving any wrinkle relaxing treatment you will be offered a follow up appointment approximately two weeks after the initial treatment. This is a review to ensure the best possible results have been achieved and adjust if needed. It also gives us the chance to answer any queries or concerns you may have face to face. In the meantime you are welcome to contact us via email or telephone for any advice or support regarding your treatment.

**When receiving wrinkle relaxing treatments, the unique batch number of the vial is recorded in your notes and no one else will be treated from this vial. The remaining product (If there is sufficient) will be safely and securely stored.  At your two week review, if it is deemed more product is needed to achieve the desired results, it will be administered from your vial.  After this period the activated product will begin to loose potency and will be disposed of responsibly.
